Through the looking glass, Italian style

Windows, windows – I hadn’t realized how many I had photographed in Italy. It’s high time to share!

These run the full spectrum of Rome, Volterra, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Florence, Orvieto, and the uber-charmant Civita di Bagnoregio.

    1. Yes! Lovely times indeed. I know we will do it again soon 🙂 As to the cathedral, early in the morning, before it opened, the doors were open wide (a rope blocking the actual entrance), and I could see the stained glass in front of me (well – WAY far in front of me!). And so, I took the photo. Only later when we actually went in did I discover ‘no photos’. I would never have took this otherwise! 🙂
